Abstract |
Background. Elevated by the sanction war between Russian, USA and Europe as a result of the Ukranian crisis, the problem of Russian economy modernization has once more demonstrated a necessity of an innovative breakthrough in all fileds and spheres of the national economy, which is impossible without qualitative transforma-tion of human capital. The aim of the work is to research problems in the Russian educational system, methods of reforming thereof and factors that provide system improvement and achievement of high quality education in Russia.
Materials and methods. The goal of the work was achieved by means of a com-parative analysis of educational reforms that took place in the country in various pe-riods, methods and results thereof. The methodological potential included general scientific methods: dialectical, structural-functional, scientific abstraction, compara-tive analysis.
Conclusions. The research carried out allows to point out main objectives of Russian educational system development, to correct reformation methods, to deter-mine factors of educational quality improvement in Russia.
